1) What is www.fiwitext.com? FiWiText is a website that allows user from all over to Send Text / SMS Messages to their friends and family members worldwide. There is no registration, no fees and no strings. We provide this service free of cost. Please keep in mind that person receiving message may be charge as usual by their service provider. Please see our Terms of Use page. 2) Can you help me? The recipient didn't receive the text message I sent. Our messages are usually delivered in less than one minute. However, please allow 5-10 minute delay before contacting our Customer Service, as messages may have just taken longer than usual. We encourage our user to inform use of any error, failure or success in our service. 3) Can you please add my service provider to FiWiText services? We are currently expanding our telephone service provider scope. Our goal is to provide text messaging service to all countries and all telephone service providers worldwide. Please be patient as we are not accepting any service provider request at this time. 4) Someone is sending me unwanted messages from this website. How do I stop this? To stop receiving messages from our website simply add your number to our block list. This can be done on the block number page. 5) How do I remove my number from WeTextFree blocked list? To remove a number from our blocked list you need to contact our Customer Service via email at support@fiwitext.com . When sending your request, please include the number you would like to have removed your country and service provider. A simple verification is required to complete this process.6) How do I know who send me a text message? When sending a message the user is given the option to state their name or number in the textbox provided. However, if this was not done then there is no way to know who sent you the text message. |
